Vietnamese Street Food Update

The food here has been so awesome, and the veggie options so plentiful, that we decided our eating in Vietnam deserved its own short post.  We've obviously sampled local fare, but have also been surprised by how much Turkish food we've seen here, with the shops sporting imaginative names such as "Aladin's" or "Sinbad's."  We could theoretically post almost every picture from every meal we've had here so far - we've been that impressed - but we'll settle for the cream of the crop:

Pho Chay - Vegeterian Noodle Soup With Herbs On the Side

Same Same But Different - Another Delicious Veggie Soup

Breakfast On the Streets of Saigon - Noodles With Omelet Strips, Tofu, and Pickled Veggies

Greek Salad On Homemade Pita and a Mango Shake At Sinbad's in Mui Ne

A Banana and Chocolate Fried "Pancake"

These Wafflecone-Like Circles Were Pretty Tasty, and We Also Like the Shot

Display Case At One of the Many Bakeries In Vietnam - We Are Partial To the Chocolate Mousse
Avi Has Been Loving the Coffee Here!
